When Twitter launched Tip Jar — a new way for creators to send and receive tips — the opportunity was clear for Wealthsimple to be its very first Canadian service integration. The launch got picked up by The Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, CP24, BNN Bloomberg and Financial Post to name a few.

To make it bigger, we asked Tynomi Banks of Drag Race to celebrate with a social giveaway and live activation that asked attendees to tip performers using the product.
